Multi-clip generation and continuation
You can plan the full story once, but generation works better one clip at a time, starting each new clip from the previous accepted ending.
The most common continuation mistake
Do not blind-extend the original prompt. Seedance may not stop where your plan expected. The next clip has to start from the accepted real ending of the previous take.
- Describe the full story and the final end state
- Split it into connected clips and draft only the next one
- Generate and review Clip 01
- Record the real ending, or capture the last frame
- Write Clip 02 from that real ending
- Repeat until you reach the planned finish
