Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using seedancelib.com (the “Site,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The service
The Site provides browsing of Seedance-related prompts and cases, outbound links to generate on imini, and an API-access lead form. Features and displayed content may change, pause, or end without prior notice. The Site does not run on-site Seedance video generation.
2. Independent-site disclaimer (please read)
The Site is an independent third-party project and is not affiliated with, authorized by, partnered with, or endorsed by ByteDance, Seedance, or any related company. Model names, third-party sites, cases, and prompts are for reference only and are not official statements, warranties, or recommendations. When you use any third-party service (including imini), you must follow that party’s terms and assume the risk yourself.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for unlawful or infringing activity, harassment, malware, disruptive scraping/automation, or anything that harms the Site or others. We may reasonably limit, suspend, or terminate access.
4. Content and intellectual property
The Site’s interface, arrangement, and original copy are protected by applicable law. Prompt-library cases may come from community or public sources; rights remain with the original authors or rights holders where applicable. When you copy or use prompts, you must ensure lawful use and respect third-party rights.
5. Generative-output disclaimer
AI outputs from third-party tools may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unexpected. We make no warranty regarding accuracy, fitness, legality, or commercial usability of any generated video or text. Review outputs before use; you assume all consequences of using them.
6. “As is” service
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Service may be interrupted due to maintenance, outages, or third-party dependencies.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data, or goodwill), even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability related to the Site will not exceed the amounts you paid us for related paid services (if any) in the twelve months before the claim; if you paid nothing, liability is limited to zero (except where mandatory law provides otherwise).
