Dark Lord With Lightning Mace In Desolate Landscape

A menacing dark lord, heavily armored with spiky black plates and a spiked crown, glowing red eyes, and a tattered black and red cape, stands on a desolate, rocky, reddish landscape under a bright, hazy sky. The figure wields a massive, stylized mace crackling with bright white lightning. The camera starts with a close-up on the helmet's red eyes, then pans quickly down to the cape, then up to the electrified mace. A dramatic low-angle zoom out reveals the lord raising the mace high, then bringing it down. A close-up follows the mace's lightning, then pans down to a heavy armored foot stepping, kicking up dust. The shot slowly pulls back and zooms out to reveal the full, imposing figure of the dark lord from a low angle, holding the glowing mace. Anime style, cel-shaded, dark fantasy, highly stylized, sharp edges.
