drowned megacity whale breach

Ultra-realistic drowned megacity, skyscrapers half-submerged, boats navigating flooded avenues in heavy rain. Water suddenly bulges between towers. A colossal whale breaches through the street canyon, smashing waves into buildings and shattering windows. Camera races beside the surge at water level. Final frame: enormous whale eye level with an office tower.
