dragon rider action anime prompt

A super high-speed flight action scene of a girl riding a dragon. High number of frames, 24FPS Japanese full-color anime. Two dragons, one blue and one red, are flying high above the clouds. They are flying faster than 100 km/h, cutting through the wind and passing between the clouds. A sense of freedom, liberation from anything that might interfere, and speed.
